Bare Knuckle Productions proudly presents Inglourious Bitches, a theatrical adaptation of Inglourious Basterds, which features a gender- & racial-blind casting. Too often a society becomes complacent in their personal thoughts & are persuaded to believe in a certain manner concerning the everyday roles of both women & men. With this in mind, BNP delivers the second of a theatrical duo which examines the dichotomy of personal & societal perceptions while dissecting what it means to be a woman.
How so? – By continuing to release a ferocious pack of ladies, Quentin Tarantino-style!
In this, the second of two female-driven powerhouse action adaptations from Bare Knuckle Productions, we are proud to have Maggie Speer leading our war-torn squad as director. Her familiarity with Tarantino stage adaptations combined with a female perspective merge seamlessly as we follow a pack of specialized Jewish-American soldiers on a guilt-free ravaging mission against Nazi Germany…just in time for the holidays! Opinions, expectations, & perceptions about gender & race will be stretched as our performers, regardless of their actual physicality, will be portraying the characters true to that of the original story.
Join us as we take a uniquely intimate approach to war, deception, & the resultant personal
tales of revenge….
It’s time to “clean house” for the Holidays!
